How do I request an estimate?

When is the best time of year to start a landscaping project?

In Ohio, spring and early fall are good for seeding, sodding and planting, since temperatures are mild and rain is more regular. Patios and retaining walls can be built through much of the warm season. Call us and we can tell you what fits your yard.

We serve Middletown, Franklin, Carlisle, Hamilton, Germantown and Miamisburg, Ohio. Our office is at 7548 Elk Creek Rd in Middletown.

Do you work on both homes and businesses?

Yes. We take on residential and commercial properties. Commercial work includes landscaping, lawn maintenance and snow removal.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured. We are also family owned and locally owned, based in Middletown.

## Services

Do you handle both design and installation?

Yes. We do landscape design, installation and ongoing maintenance, so one company can take a project from plan to finished beds and lawn.

What does ongoing landscape maintenance include?

Our maintenance work includes mowing, trimming, edging, weeding and fertilizing. We also offer fall cleanups with leaf and debris removal.

Do you offer snow removal?

Yes. We clear driveways and walkways for homes and businesses during the winter.

How often should my lawn be mowed and fertilized?

Most cool-season lawns in southwest Ohio are mowed weekly during active growth. Fertilizing is usually done several times a year, and the right schedule depends on your grass and soil. We can set up mowing and fertilizing for your property.

What hardscaping do you build?

We build patios, walkways and retaining walls. Tell us about your yard and what you want to use the space for, and we will quote it.

Do you install grass seed and sod?

Yes. We plant grass seed and lay sod. Seed costs less up front, while sod gives you a finished lawn sooner.

Do you offer lawn aeration?

Yes. Aeration is one of our lawn services, and it is usually done in fall in this area. Contact us to add it to your lawn care.
